IV. Chicking HQ Visit
- A formal invitation will be extended to the prospective Franchisee to visit Chicking headquarters in Cochin
- Prospective Franchisee will be interviewed
- Prospective Franchisee shall be required to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) during the visit.
V. Document Submission
Documents to be provided by Franchisee during the meeting with Franchisor (as per Step 4).Financial Declaration (Required Certified True Copy)
- Most recent 1 year Income tax statement
- Most recent 6 months Personal bank statement
- Most recent 3 years company audited accounts (if relevant)
- Personal current financial liability declaration
- Most recent 1 year company bank statement (if relevant)
Note:
Please ensure that all the requested documents are available during this visit as the application process will not proceed to next stage without it. All the documents will be reviewed in front of applicant. Should the application be rejected, all provided documents will be returned to applicant.
